THE BEST WEIGHT LOSS SYSTEM WITH NO DIET OR EXERCISE!
When you start looking for a weight loss system, you come across ads like these: “How to lose ten pounds in one week” or “Lose 30 Pounds of Fat in 4 Weeks – Watch Your Belly Fat Melt Away With the Top Diet of 2009!”
When deciding to take on a weight loss program, the first step is to realize that this cannot be effective unless it is a personalized system, simply because not all the people are the same. So not all people lose weight in the same way.
Many weight loss systems offer more than just a diet or an eating plan. They offer special foods and supplements and they aggressively promote them as the best way to lose weight.
Of course these special foods or pills are often very expensive but as their promoters keep telling you, “they make miracles”.
There is no magic cure for obesity, no miracle pill or diet. Weight loss systems that are effective work with normal foods which are widely available. You should carefully avoid those that derive their profits from food sales.
When you are looking into different weight loss plans, try to use your common sense in guiding your selection, because ultimately all these programs are about eating and food and we all know a little thing or two about nutrition.
COMMON SENSE CRITERIA
- First of all you should be eating all the essential foods in balance. The system’s meal suggestions must be balanced, your eating must be in alignment with your basic nutritional needs. Unbalanced eating is unhealthy.
- Make sure the weight loss plan encourages eating fresh fruits and vegetables, which are fundamentally good for you. Any system that does not encourage eating them is immediately suspect.
- The weight loss system you choose should recommend enough fat to keep you healthy. Eating less than 15% fat is not a good sign.
- The foods recommended should be easy to find, easy to cook and easy to pay for.
- Diet alone is not enough to secure you a healthy weight loss. Physical exercise is also very important, because it does not matter what you eat, but also the way you burn the calories and the number. Try to decide for a program that recommends you a balanced work-out in order to lose those pounds.
- All your weight loss efforts are wasted if the system does not offer you a possibility of maintaining your reached weight afterwards. So in any weight loss program should be a maintenance plan included.
